Stock Horse Show & Rodeo!

We have some great changes and new classes for this year. Due to our growth, we may be adding a day so we don’t have to put limits on class size. Because of the increased popularity of the Alisal and Fiesta Ranch Horse classes and the boost of contestants, we may use Wednesday, August 4, as a slack day. We will notify the contestants if this should occur.

The Reining Class held on Sunday will start at 7:00am this year. This will enable us to include them for All-Around points.

Other changes:

Friday, August 6, will start at 7:00am

New Jr. Events for Friday – Girls Goat Tying and Boys Calf Tying;

Old Timers Roping classes will go on Saturday morning, 7:00 AM, before the #6 Roping;

New schedule for the Sunday Horse Show: Reining classes will be first – starts at 7:00 AM in the Mountain View Arena;

Awards will be presented following most roping events held during the day. Please check the schedule to see which event awards are presented during a performance.

Camping

Every year we notify everyone that there is no camping or fires allowed in the barn isles. Please be considerate of these rules. Earl Warren Showgrounds has informed us they will enforce these rules. We would hate to lose this place for our event. There is plenty of camping room up in the RV parking area. See page 2 of the General Rules for more information.
